I chose this hotel for attending a meeting and I was pleased with the complimentary wired Internet access and the business center. The hotel also provided complimentary newspapers in the lobby, which was a nice touch.
I missed having a dedicated meeting room or conference facilities for my work needs.

I greatly enjoyed good-sized room in this hotel.
Excellent staff and incredible location in a quiet bay, everything was very good. My room included a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea making equipment. The view of the sea was exceptional. Location: the hotel was next to the beach, the 3 restaurants, and shops open til late. For evening meal I visited Restaurant Les Palmiers, since it was close to the venue...

The hotel's decoration and general areas were absolutely stunning. The historic resort has been beautifully renovated, with attention to detail and a respect for its original character. The hotel's terrace and garden offer breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent. The bedroom doors were wide enough for easy navigation, and there was even an evacuation chair available to assist disabled individuals. I felt comfortable and safe during my stay.
The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation better for senior people is for the children working at the hotel to be more attentive and helpful. While the staff members were pleasant, I believe they could have been more proactive in assisting elderly guests.

Location not far from a quiet bay and the public promenade and the 3 restaurants. Also, easy access to Parc Braudel. Beautiful building and romantic rooms with a view.
No balcony.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent, and the rooms are well-maintained and very clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the hotel feel warm and homely. The location is perfect, with beautiful beaches right at your doorstep.
Breakfast choices could be improved with better quality meat. The hotel should consider expanding the gym facilities with more weights and a bench for exercises.

The Toulon Marina and Port of Toulon offered delightful activities for the whole family to enjoy. We loved strolling along the marina, admiring the charming boats and soaking in the lively atmosphere. And the Port of Toulon was a fantastic place to explore, with its bustling shops and restaurants. It was a great way to experience the vibrant local culture and create lasting memories with our children.
My children wanted a dedicated kids' club for more organized activities.

The hotel offered complimentary snacks and drinks in the mini bar, which was a nice touch. The staff working at night were friendly and helpful. Spending Christmas on the seaside is always lovely, and this hotel had a couple of great things going for it. The view of the sea was breathtaking, and waking up to it every morning was amazing. The hotel was also in a great location, close to the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants. The breakfast was also really nice, with plenty of options to choose from.
There were quite a few downsides to our stay at this hotel. The gym was a joke - hardly any equipment and what was there was old and falling apart.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, located on the beautiful seafront. We really appreciated the luxurious room facilities, including the free soft drinks provided in the mini bar. In addition, the outdoor parking was secured and there was plenty of space for our car. The breakfast and staff were excellent, and the hotel facilities were kept clean.
Nothing it was perfect.

The location was rad, right by Toulon Marina and Port of Toulon, so we had a blast exploring and checking out all the cool boats. The hotel itself was super trendy and had awesome views of the sea. The pool was sick too, we spent hours chillin' and soaking up the sun. it was a sick vacay with the squad!
If I had to pick one thing, it would be that there could have been more fun activities for young party-goers like us. Don't get me wrong, the hotel was awesome, but it would've been next level if there were more parties or events to turn up the vibes.

The hotel was located right on the beach and the room had a great view. The hotel also offered two complementary drinks upon arrival and a box of chocolates on Christmas day. The staff at the beach was friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed.
The service was not great at the hotel's restaurant. The waiters seemed out of touch and it took a long time to get our food.
